Grass-fed yearling beef topside, rosemary studded leg of lamb and a crispy skin rolled loin of pork.

Choose one potato dish: 

  • Herb roasted chat potatoes.
  • Hot foil wrapped baked potatoes, sour cream & chives.
  • Chat potato salad w/ fresh herbs, egg & spring onion.

Choice of 5 gourmet salads; 

  • Chef’s Greek salad w/ cucumber, olives, oregano, feta & ripe tomato (gf, v), 
  • Coleslaw (gf, v)
  • Tossed garden salad (gf, v),Risoni pasta salad, pepitas, green beans, sundried tomato, olives and fresh herbs
