Family-style shared dining...a modern approach to 3 courses served in shared platters

(Minimum order 80 people, $79pp)

Our base package includes chefs and wait staff for your group for a 5­ hour duration (including set up and pack down). Cutlery, crockery and glassware for table settings are also included. Additional hours are available, as are bartender and bar station packages. For large groups a dedicated set up crew will be factored into your proposal.


The ultimate interactive eating experience, this menu begins with a shared grazing platter of Mediterranean style Antipasto platters, including:

Istra Meats prosciutto; Italian salami; cevapi (grilled skinless sausage); marinated capsicum, mushroom & artichoke; grilled eggplant; smoked salmon rosettes; green lip mussels; Spanish tortilla; ciabatta croutes; feta and marinated calamari; toasted Turkish bread bites with Croatian ajvar relish; vine wrapped dolmas; marinated olives & dips.
