We almost never have a chef on location. Our chefs create everything in our Caulfield kitchen and we bring it to you ready to enjoy — it is much more cost-effective for our clients than splitting chefs across multiple events. For larger events (typically 80+) we can arrange a styled table solution — buffet, BBQ, or grazing table — with a staff member available to set up and maintain.
We travel all over Melbourne to deliver catering from our Caulfield kitchen. Delivery fee is based on kilometres travelled (weekend deliveries may be a little more). Pickup is also available from our Caulfield kitchen — just click the pickup option at checkout.
Hot delivery is available for most menus, with the food timed to arrive just before you plan to eat. Buffet-style, meats, and large platters travel up to about 1 hour from our kitchen. Hot finger food (gyozas, spring rolls, party pies) needs to be within 20–30 minutes of our Caulfield kitchen. The only additional cost on hot delivery is the time-specific delivery fee. Cold delivery is the same high-quality food packed for easy reheating at the venue — better for events later at night, public holidays, or venues where hot logistics will not work.
Per-person pricing depends on the menu style and headcount. Canapes start from about $30 per person, shared platter dinners from about $45 per person, multi-course menus from about $75+ per person. Delivery is a flat fee based on kilometres; equipment hire and extra service staff are quoted separately. All prices include GST.
Our shopping cart takes bookings up to midnight for next-day orders. For larger events, allow 1 week notice. For very urgent catering with less than a full day notice, we may be able to help with platters of sandwiches and fruit — call 0497 333 100.

Default is a clean delivery service — eco-friendly disposable platters professionally presented, ready to serve. Three upgrades are available: VIP High-Rise Delivery ($20) for delivery to your lobby or floor; Catering Setup ($50) where our driver takes the catering to your eating area and lays out the platter boxes; full styled-table setup with chafing dishes, grazing styling, and service staff for events of 80+ guests, quoted per event subject to availability.
For most catering, no — our chefs cook in the kitchen and we deliver. For large events (typically 100+ guests) staff usually make sense. For mid-size events around 80 guests, table setup with a staff member is often the better fit.

Our kitchen starts at 5am for corporate breakfast deliveries. Last weekday delivery is 5pm unless arranged by prior approval. Weekend cold deliveries wrap up by 3pm. Evening event deliveries are possible by prior approval. The office is staffed 9am to 5pm weekdays.
