That’s right folks, over the past months we have being cooking and tweaking and testing and tasting (and loosening our belts a few notches!) to create the perfect scrumptious menu for our Christmas catering.
So, whether you are planning a four-course Christmas dinner extravaganza, a Christmas cocktail party or something in between, Your Private Chef has a mouth-watering solution to make your Christmas as simple, delicious and stress-free as possible.

We thought we can do better than “chestnuts roasting on an open fire” to get the festive spirit fired up! In true blue Aussie style, offer your guests freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters served natural with raspberry and shallot vinaigrette. Actually, why hold back? Go all out with our gourmet cold seafood platter complete with lobster tail, king prawns and freshly shucked oysters served with fresh lemon and our homemade dipping sauces. Or if you’re feeling a little bit indulgent, try our special vodka cured gravlax with crème fraiche and caviar. It is Christmas after all…
If turkey is the king of your Christmas feast, opt for our whole turkey with an apricot glaze and a stuffing of veal force meat. It’s filled with all your favourite seasonal flavours: apricots, macadamia nuts, water chestnuts and fresh herbs. The best part is you don’t need to do a thing – we deliver it fully cooked and prepared so you only need to reheat and serve!
Want a ham that will stand out on the holiday buffet table? Try our boneless baked leg of ham, basted and glazed with orange marmalade. The secret to this ham is that it’s stuffed with cloves. These peppery-sweet spices are a ham’s best friend! And fresh flavours star in our fish recipe; tuck into a whole poached salmon served with lemon wedges and dill yoghurt sauce. Yum!
All the trimmings
Let’s face it – the trimmings are what Christmas dinner is all about. Our maple glazed Dutch carrots and candied sweet potato and pumpkin work a treat with all our main dishes (trust us, we’ve tried everything!). Or if you’re anything like our family, it’s the more the merrier! That’s why we’ve created a herbed medley of seasonal vegetables tossed in olive oil and roasted to perfection. And no Christmas dinner is complete without roast potatoes – ours are tossed in rosemary and garlic, and taste great hot or cold.
Whoever sang “We all want a figgy pudding” couldn’t be more wrong. At Your Private Chef, we all want our Individual Drunken Sticky Pudding! It’s topped with brandy butter ganache and finished with a sprig of fresh holly. Of course Christmas pudding isn’t for everyone (though we’re yet to meet anyone who doesn’t like ours!) so we also have pure butter shortbread dipped in chocolate, mini fruit mince tarts not to mention delicious options for vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free guests.
