Our recommendations

  • 1 chef per 40 guests for BBQ/Cocktail/Buffet catering
  • 1 wait staff member per 12 guests for sit-down dining
  • 1 wait staff member per 20 guests for stand up canap√©
  • 1 wait staff member per 25 guests for BBQ/Buffet catering

Travel costs:

Travel time applies for all staff to venue destinations that are more than 25 kilometers from our Prahran head office - Price on application.

  • The above rates Include GST
  • All 3 course dinner bookings include all staff in the price of the booking. Other bookings made for other catering services should refer to the above rates for staff hire or consult with a member of our team for a specific quotation for your party.
  • Staff are available at a minimum of 4 hours per booking. Additional hours, should they be needed, will be invoiced on the first business day back after your function and are charged in 15 minute increments.
